you write so swell
I love the way you talk
you are so attractive
I want to touch you
and listen to your words
I need to know where
you are today because
I want to
breathe in the air you
fill and be part of
the matrix you
create
you write so swell
I love the way you talk
you are so attractive
I want to touch you
and listen to your words
I need to know where
you are today because
I want to
breathe in the air you
fill and be part of
the matrix you

It hurts to sit ∘ I wish we had
a better way of sitting ∘ I mean
like a way of doing these
sitting activities that had the
comfort of sitting without
the negative side to sitting
I’m grateful for all of the good
that sitting has brought to the
world, it’s just not the best
thing for our spines/organs,
at least as compared to say
standing, walking, exercise ->
not all the best but certainly
will improve the longevity of
one’s life ∘ perhaps it is simply
up to the cheeks of fate ∘
Last Week [April 7th]
Worked out fairly consistently almost every morning this week𓈒 I think I only missed Sunday morning for a rest day, though I was super on the fence about it [as in I was going to but elected not to]. I even worked out 3 times on one day, I think it was either Wednesday or Thursday. That was gnarly, once w/ Matthew, once by myself & once w/ Abe, though the 1st & 3rd were a little lighter than independent workout. ****** a lot of *** the past few weeks -> With my medication, it seems reasonable to conclude that I should quit totally. I have **** but I’m dying for a better life so time to change & rebuild! Plus I ended up working on my book more than I have in over a month which even though I ubered less, I felt more productive than I typically do. Anyway, on to this week.
The sound of the fan in my
room keeps things busy ∘
Within the walls of loving
creativity, share with
this world that righteous
knowledge and skill blessed
onto you by the loving, giving
spirit of the universe and
God ∘ Carry love and gratitude
as you smile at the thought
of their beautifully unlikely
presence • Feel them there
even when no words are spoken
Realize your shared humanity
Feel the understanding between
flow and radiate into a heavenly glow
May we work to rebuild a
cogent society ∘ albeit a strong
existence as things stand, we know
we must encourage further and
stronger effort ∘ With stronger
effort, we will find the success
we’ve wandered so longingly
for ∘ Years in the making ∘
Undeniable loving glory ∘ You
fill the air space with a breath
so solemn ∘ the true image
of human-being ∘ that which
was raved upon by the likes
of the voice of God as was
recorded by the Bible’s
great and sacred prophets ∘
Thank you to the angels
for all the good you do
I’m very sorry for my
vulgarities. I hope I can
forgive myself ∘ And be
forgiven by others • I am so
sorry for all of the bad words
I’ve ever said. I have in the
past wished to say better
things or to not say such
terrible things. Maybe
there is a wonderful way
I can fix these things
you can fix these things
• you can be kind ∘
To feel that which shares
valuable goodness • The great
aura ∘ Feeling our most giving
vibrations and returning to the
world a sacred love abound ∘
In favor with the bliss of peace,
may we continue to also share
gratitude for the immense list
of supportive, life giving pieces
throughout the journeys of our
own lives ➜ those glorious
unseen forces that barely
attach themselves to our attention
before waiting lovingly again for
your grand approach whence
you leave you time together, so short
you are that which is the angelic
air filling my own existence with
divine purpose and righteous
love. Holy kisses from heaven
are what I feel every time
you bless our world with
your everlasting graceful aura ∘
that shining light you bring
from beyond those glorious
gates – We are humbled by
the way in which your generosity
makes our lives exponentially
better ∘ May we be baptized by
such spectacular anointment so
that our crowns may be marked
with the sign of true love on Earth ∘
Gratitude flowing as we continue
to work for what we believe in.
We seek to not lose hope, to not
lose faith as anger overcomes the
wit’s end of exhaustion and
somehow, albeit damaged, emerge
even stronger and all the wiser for
having stood in the face of opposition
and maintain posture – that of the
victorious – both long before
and long after they have given
up on their own false pursuits,
the same pursuits that our own
true, divine endeavors trample
all over with strength unmatched
as it flows from a fountain of gratitude
