Lovely morning ∘ the fires

I’m grateful for all of the good
that sitting has brought to the
world, it’s just not the best
thing for our spines/organs,
at least as compared to say
standing, walking, exercise ->
not all the best but certainly
will improve the longevity of
one’s life ∘ perhaps it is simply
up to the cheeks of fate ∘ -
A picture of an eyeball comes
across as a little bit ironic for
what I believe are obvious reasons.
Not every ray of sunshine
makes it to the garden!

can see; it’s actually undefinable
