  • Workouts (4/15/25)

    Last Week [April 7th]
Worked out fairly consistently almost every morning this week𓈒 I think I only missed Sunday morning for a rest day, though I was super on the fence about it [as in I was going to but elected not to]. I even worked out 3 times on one day, I think it was either Wednesday or Thursday. That was gnarly, once w/ Matthew, once by myself & once w/ Abe, though the 1st & 3rd were a little lighter than  independent workout. ****** a lot of *** the past few weeks -> With my medication, it seems reasonable to conclude that I should quit totally. I have **** but I’m dying for a better life so time to change & rebuild! Plus I ended up working on my book more than I have in over a month which even though I ubered less, I felt more productive than I typically do. Anyway, on to this week.

  • 1:02 pm [physiological sensationalism](1/1/26)

The birds are singing ∘ I wonder
    what they’re singing for… I sing
because it feels very good to my brain
and body, one could say a certain form
    of physiological sensationalism ensues and
it is hardly simple to stop once one has
really gotten into the serenade of sounds
from the likes of their favorite songs.
