in all seriousness i would likely tell myself the instructions to how we built the time machine in hopes that we could re-invent a time machine that could send more than just messages (say, humans, perhaps!)
Any time that a single person notices another person having a tough time and rushes to their aid, especially when there are a lot of people around just ignoring the person in need. I have found myself to be a person in need experiencing that single person’s unconditional support after witnessing crowds of people ignore me so I was not technically allowed to get mad at humanity that day.
You were right about that one thing.

There is no way i can verify this via legitimate statistics, and I don’t recommend trying anything without understanding risk, but it seems to me that the winning tickets more often than not have two numbers with the same first digit.
EXAMPLE: 1, 27, 33, 34, 54 (17) <– the bolded number exemplify what I am insinuating. It feels almost comical when I see the winning numbers in the news and sure enough this pattern had occurred.
It’s not exactly unlikely given that there are only 10 digits to choose from, but it’s the only commonality I’ve seen throughout the years. Just a thought, I guess.
Oh! What would I do if I won…hm…umm… Why would I tell you?

Once the dust settles
And you’re left standing alone
Who will you call to?
To your friend? They’re gone
Your mother? long ago
Your father’s spirit guides you still
and yet gratitude eludes you
thankful could you have been several decades ago
for the decades that had already been gifted you
and yet here you stand still
letting the dust of the fallen fill your lungs so used
and before your own final cough
will you have finally found the reason
that you ended up here
in the first place

i find myself stuck in past pain more often than in future dreams.
I mainly miss times with friends from my past. They all moved away to new places and I stayed in our hometown.
I am dreaming of leaving soon, though, to set about on my own journey. I know where I want to go, but I am not sure where I will end up.
You could never truly know what the future holds, and maybe things are better that way, so that you have a mystery to embark upon.
You might let go of the past in reckoning progress toward your dream’s fulfillment, but no matter what those memories are the foundation for your future
You forget most of the bad times, although the awareness of their potentiality makes your present experience more livable in the face of futuristic results
You will always never have enough so that’s a good thing to both learn and realize as we grow with respect for each other’s process in their own individual endeavoring
We might never know for sure whether we can ever visit the past, nor shall it be known, at least within the perceivable future, that we will be able to time travel in general.
We should enjoy, as it were, the present, for now at least, while we continue down our pathways of balancing our personal scales of time.
