Insanity, from my understanding, is the embarkment on a path of repeated instances without resolution or contentedness over a seeming endpoint. This act of fuzzy thinking may lead certain individuals down paths of incurable mental states, save any pre-existing conditions. One mental state of mainstream note is that of psychosis. Psychosis feels hard to explain, yet when you see it, you know it’s happening. Hallucinogenic states of mind start to overwhelm perceptual modulators and whatever was a sane, conscious entity finds itself in a soirée of colorful (if frightening) machinations of the imagination. Experiencers seem to garner sensational awareness over their surroundings, suddenly seeing or understanding familiar objects as foreign observers awaiting your next twitch. And twitch one does into a state of perilous anxiety that befalls their soul until they are caught betwixt some rational explanation for the occurrences and chaos.
What to do for yourself/the individual? I would essentially recommend the use of water, whether that be by rehydration via orally or epidermilogically, for the sight is water, and to drink that lovely H2O will bring about at least a base state if not regained.
Otherwise, one must prevent this from occurring in the first place, hygenically and with immense care for discipline, at least in regards to a fair consistency. One may choose how to keep sane, and I myself enjoy sitting in a dark, quiet space with little to no action going on around me. If I do not do this at least once early in the day, the morning preferably, then I surely go insane and reach a state of intense and damaging psychosis. You may have some other activity that levels your humility, such as writing or drawing, perhaps a game on your phone or song you can sing. We should do these things early in the day, and aim for every day, and for at least 15 minutes, because frankly it is our closest interaction with anything resembling true purpose in a world where we are constantly beckoned to carry out some duty below our birthright’s desire. When we partake in these dream realizations, even for those brief periods in the day, I believe we make the heavens smile, and the hells dance, as what part of life’s dual nature does not enjoy seeing you fulfill even your most menial mental health checks?
Brought about some stars
To share with the likes of eyes
That would stare upon me
With hearts so full of loving being
That serves me new bundles of hope
Being a human
Sitting on a chair
Drinking a coffee
And making a point
To be more important in some respect
To garner better respect
In our passing by of certain time
Making value of those precious
Seconds
A second thought forgot to cross your path
Mindful of your forgetfulness
Remembering that you forgot
Memories fading in and out
Dragons flying around
Breathing fire and smoke
Looking dastardly
As if they’re going to eat you up
So you grab your sword
Ready for battle
Or you take leave with speed
As much speed as possible
Either way will be a fastidious affair
You are the purest form of Champion
Make the world quake with your
vibrations of righteous goodness
Powerful Righteous
Goodness
Holy fabrics gracing
your skin
Bring forth that
which is most your own
hold & let go
Be one with your beauty
Divine flesh & bone
Sky & earth
Pure fires
Almighty ablaze

We’re all trying to be top notch
In one way or another
We were children Spinning until We got too dizzy And we’d fall down Laughing in a tizzy With little To no concern About the ensuing Nausea Now just nostalgia And as adults The spiraling We take on Still nauseates Yet we no longer laugh We throw up Our hands In disbelief About just how painful The spinning can be When all we want Is to be still With those who fill Our hearts To remind us Of those parts Of us That used to be Free

Hello ** ******,
I have quit THC this past weekend and am going through an intense depression that is causing me to not want to do anything. My apologies for reaching out with such information, it’s just I have been bed ridden for 17 hours. Should I ride this out? I don’t want to turn back to THC, it’s just that I’m in decent mental pain to the point where getting up is a task.
my mission is to endeavor upon this earth
with love and patience and kindness and truth
and bring peace and joy to nations and people
to experience the mind and body working as one
neurochemically memorized reckonings
Initiating one’s own mind and body to reconcile your soul
I find myself sitting far too often. Alas, it seems to be the way of our nature, not unlike that of human past selves who found sitting full of thought and productivity in nearly magical ways. I guess it’s better than hard labor, at least as far as back health is concerned. To such a degree maybe there is a fine balance between physical and mental labor to pursue in order that things will feel mighty proper. Yoga always felt good to me. The main thing would be to go on more walks. It snowed a lot these past few days, but I don’t mind the blistering cold, especially as I breathe in the quiet air in the middle of my woods. Wouldn’t change any of that, except I gotta stop sitting so much.
